Why practitioners choose us

Devoted to the traditional Eastern art of wellness and cultivation — ancient methods, made for modern practice.

A 5,000-year wellness tradition

Ancient China had no gyms and no jogging — yet people built strong, healthy bodies through time-honored fitness methods. We honor these 5,000-year-old body-strengthening traditions and redesign them for modern life.

Designed for real practice

Every one of our products is designed around the real movements of its practice — never a relabeled generic good. 🎬 Free practice videos, updated for life.

Why buyers come back

We cost more — but every piece is carefully made, and a cheap knock-off hurts your practice more than your wallet. Many customers reorder after their first piece — repeat purchases and word of mouth are our best calling card.

Direct from the maker

To bring you the most honest price, we cut out the middlemen and ship direct from the maker — so you get the best value in every product.

Free guided practice videos — updated for life

Every East Soul Mystic owner joins our practice library: step-by-step prostration, meditation and mobility videos, added continuously and never paywalled. Learn the right way, on your mat, for as long as you practice.
